| Making a purchase |

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to
put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Connect. If you are shopping from America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency on your statement. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet. |

Shipping discounts may apply when ordering two or more items at the same time. These will be calculated automatically by our ordering system and will be shown at the Checkout. |
| Delivery schedule |
| We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 10 working days. For overseas orders we advise 15 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email. |

| The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase. |
| Credit card security |
| Your credit or debit card details are supplied directly to WorldPay (a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland), the world's most reputable credit card payment processing organisation. WorldPay only tell us when a payment has been successfully made: they do not give us any credit card details. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using WorldPay over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. |

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of despatch in its
original condition and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should you have a complaint against Canvas Botanica for whatever reason please do not hesitate to email us at canvasbotanica@btinternet.com. Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. Canvas Botanica will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email. |
